Product Information

The Fagor SBG9-10 I (80 litre), gas tiliting bratt pan is a well made unit from the 900 series professional range. This is probably the best value commecial grade unit on the market.

General Characteristics:

  • Made of stainless steel AISI-304 (18/10)
  • Pan capacity: 80 litres (approx.).

  • Stainless steel pan, with 10mm heat diffuser base.
  • Manual raising system.
  • Counterweighted folding lid.
  • Stainless steel tubular burner controlled by solenoid valve and thermostat temperature control (50 ºC to 315 ºC).
